-
Overnight support is typically 8–12 hours to allow for meaningful, uninterrupted rest.

That’s completely up to you. I can bring baby to you for feedings or handle feedings so you can sleep longer stretches.
-
Yes. While I will remain available and responsive throughout the night, I will sleep in small stretches when baby is settled and it’s appropriate to do so. Resting throughout the night allows me to continue to provide high quality care as well as ensures my safety during my commute home.
-
Yes. Overnight support is tailored to your feeding goals and preferences. If breastfeeding, I will bring baby to you for feeds and then settle baby back to sleep afterward so you can maximize your rest and recovery.
-
Most families provide space in the nursery, living room, or guest room. Typically I will stay in the same room as baby to ensure I pick up on early waking and hunger cues in order to keep the rest of the household calm and quiet.
